no hot water in the tub shower. only sink. sink water gets hotter when turning up shower knob as well. heater turns on and off by itself. worked for a while at night but not morning

The place did not feel safe, I stayed for 30min and booked a different hotel. I am hoping that this hotel credits my card back but I have not seen any evidence of that. The door to my room felt insecure, the room smelled like toxic chemical air freshener, and they put me in a room that was out of sight of the office or any time of secure situation. I should add that this is located in a super sketchy neighborhood.
